At Designora, we respect your privacy. We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or the designs and assets you create. Your design content is strictly confidential and isolated to your account.

2. Security Architecture & Encryption

All traffic between your browser and Designora servers is secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords are salted and hashed using bcrypt. Database persistence uses multi-tenant role-based access control (RBAC) ensuring other users cannot view your private designs without explicit share permissions.

3. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver the SaaS service:

• Account credentials (name, email address, password hash).
• Design metadata, canvas JSON models, and uploaded imagery.
• Subscription payment records processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

4. GDPR and Data Portability Rights

Users in the European Union and California have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data at any time. You can export all your designs in JSON/SVG/PDF format or request complete account deletion via our Help Center.
